It’s time to celebrate the New Year and it is a great time of the year to try out some new and exciting recipes to stun your nearest and dearest with.  The really exciting thing about these two recipes is that I have added some Dose & Co love to one of these recipes. We have also added some New Zealand chocolate love from Whittaker’s!!!  The cheesecake recipe was originally made with a product from Mondelez International, this has been whipped out and replaced with New Zealand made chocolate only!!! Yes we love New Zealand Chocolate.  New Zealand chocolate is right up there with some of the best chocolate products in the world because of its incredible taste that can only come from the milk supply in New Zealand and the highest skill level of confectioners in New Zealand.  It is not easy to make chocolate, it is not just push the button exercised, many a time we had a freezer load of untempered chocolate and a front line leader pulling out their hair as the moulds where whipped off the production line and the plant stripped ready for round two.  This is another reason why I needed Dose & Co!!!!

Dose & Co produce amazing products, the collagen has helped me with my extreme hair loss.  After the redundancy announcement at Cadbury’s Dunedin and then the increased stress of managing a floor, looking after the mental health of the staff and working on the beginnings of Notion everything has taken a toll on me not only mentally but also physically affecting my health.  I was having increased hair loss. I enjoy having long hair but feared I would have to cut it way back to try and control such loss of hair. I started taking Dose & Co. collagen which I located in the world of instagram and found that it works amazingly!! It has significantly slowed the loss of hair right down.  I have also increased my intake of Dose & Co protein smoothies to help the wellbeing and my insides plus it helps to complement my morning run or walk. I don’t eat a lot of meat, one reason being it is far too expensive to eat but with increasing exercise due to mental illness to keep your mind fresher you need protein.  I needed a supplement of protein, I get mine from Dose & Co protein shakes which I add lots of fruit too. I have had lots of protein shakes in the past but they have far too much sugar in them so I love the Dose & Co because of the natural taste and there is absolutely nothing suspicious inside Dose & Co. We love Dose & Co too because of the sustainable packaging, I still see collagen and protein powders in plastic there is absolutely no need for this and you get no support from me.

Dose & Co have just launched an exciting new two members of the collagen family they are original beauty blend and citrus beauty blend.  These new marine collagen beauty blends nourish you at a cellular level. Formulated using ingredients clinically proven to not only support your skin, nails, hair and gut health, but to help you glow from the inside out. The original flavour Beauty Blends is designed to be mixed into water, juice, smoothies and coffee.

Notion is different just like me.  I never just wanted to create a site just about the fashion we are all different and we need to celebrate this more.  I have been told by people in the fashion industry they don’t like the direction of Notion. My direction? Anywhere, because one is always nearer by not keeping still.

Enough talk enjoy the two new recipes!!!
