Chocolate Truffles

Yields: 6 bites
Ingredients:
2 servings Dose & Co protein powder
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup melted chocolate
Method: Add all ingredients (apart from chocolate) to a food processor and blend until smooth. Place mixture into a bowl. If the mixture is too dry, add a touch of maple syrup. Roll mixture into small balls and dip into melted chocolate.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Iced Cocoa Vanilla Latte

Ingredients:
1 serving Dose & Co collagen creamer
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon cocoa
Toppings:
Whipped cream
Honey
Cinnamon
Melted chocolate
Method: In a food processor blend all latte ingredients until smooth.
Cover with toppings of choice. Serve cold.
Afghan Biscuits

Yields: 10
Ingredients:
1 serving Dose & Co collagen creamer
1 ½ cups cornflakes
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup cocoa or cacao
¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
Topping:
¼ cup milk chocolate
10 walnuts
Method: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Line an oven tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine the collagen creamer, almond butter, flour, coconut sugar, cocoa, and coconut oil. Add the cornflakes and mix well. Shape the mixture into balls and place onto the lined tray, flatten with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes or until firm. Cool on a wire rack. While the biscuits are cooling, prepare the icing. Using a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate and spread a small amount over each biscuit. Top each afghan biscuit with a walnut.
Caramel Collagen Pancakes

Total time: 20 minutes
Yields: 5-6 pancakes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dose & Co. Caramel Collagen Creamer
2 bananas
2 eggs
½ cup oats
¼ cup milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon oil
Toppings:
Fresh berries
Honey
Chocolate
Cinnamon
Method: Add all of the pancake ingredients apart from the oil into a blender and blend until smooth. Heat a frypan over medium heat and pour the batter into the pan. Once the batter starts to bubble, flip over and cook until both sides are golden. Place onto a plate and top with toppings of choice. Best served warm.
